This is a Privacy Statement that will outline what we, Rosebud
Mining Co., do (and more importantly don't do) with any information
about you while you are using this website.
First off, a basic statement:
This website was designed and built for the use of Rosebud
Mining employees, friends and family, as well as the community in
general. This site is not specifically designed to reach out to
children, and we do not collect information about any child.
We have made every effort to make sure that everything you read
on this site is true, and to the best of our knowledge, we have
succeeded. Understand that we are also human, so we regret any
errors or inaccuracies that you may find.
About any kind of information
we may collect:
This isn't some super-sophisticated site that collects tons of
information about its users. In fact, if you aren't using the
password-protected employee section of the site, we aren't
collecting anything at all. If you are using the password-protected
employee section, we will collect a user name and password, and
email address just to make sure that everyone's' personal, private
information remains personal and private.
This site is not specifically designed to reach out to children,
and we do not collect information about any child.
About any of the photos/videos/audio/other media on this
site:
Please don't steal it and use it for another business use. If
you or a family member appear anywhere in this site, you can
certainly copy a photo from this site for your collection. If
you're helping a kid do a science fair project and need some coal
pictures, that's fine too. Members of the media who need
photographic background need to contact webmaster@rosebudmining.com
if we can legally accommodate you, we will do what we can.
